Vacuum Massager with Laying Drum

Application: Massager is designed to vacuous plasticization various brands of meat during pickling in meat and smoked meat production.
Thanks to applying cooling to massager drum it is possible to shorten time of massaging and to rise the quality of products simultaneously.
Multichamber massager drums enable to massage different products in one appliance.

Construction: Construction of appliance is made of acid-resisting steel. Standard cooling massagers are equipped with:
- Cooling system with regulation of temperature of chamber
- Microprocessor controller with 50 program memory

Rules of functioning: Meat assigned to pickling and massaging is loaded to tank with pickling mixture. After pumping air out of tank and
programming of parameters of technological process, process of massaging starts. After massaging meat falls down gravitationally to placed
container.
