Application: to injection of red meat, poultry meat with bone or without bone and fishes. Special
screw pump can inject pickling brine and dense pickling emulsion.
Construction: Construction is made of acid-resisting steel and is equipped with easy to disassemble plate
conveyor with smooth regulation of conveyor tape feed, brine tank with set of filters and highly efficient
injection system. Additionally equipped with 3 set needles for injection dense emulsion to poultry
meat or red meat (single needles Ø 4 mm), for injection of red meat with pickling brine (single
needles Ø 4 mm), for injection poultry meat (double needles Ø 3 mm).
