Picle Injector for Meat

Application: for injection of pickling brine into red meat with bone or without bone. Construction: Smooth regulation of injection capacity, quick connection type mounting of needles, easy to disassemble conveyor made of stainless steel, smooth regulation of conveyor tape feed, valve closing inlet of brine during idle work, device for automatic needles cleaning, energy accumulation system during idle work for better work of pump and high output of injection, wheeled brine tank with filters system, spare pump impeller, 5 needles. Pickle injector with 54 needles is outfitted with two injecting heads supplied by two independent pumps.
